Delivery

I currently offer free delivery for all UK orders, and I send via Royal Mail (unless there is strike action).

Please note that all prints are made to order and are printed professionally. I order the prints from my printers and I then check them for quality, and sign (limited edition prints), before sending out to you. Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date of your order.

If you require a tracked service or a speedier delivery, then this is available at an additional cost, please select this at checkout.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

All prints are sent very carefully packaged so this is unlikely!

However if your order does arrive damaged, please send an email to info@emmatsrobinson.co.uk with photos of the damaged packaging and damaged item within 24 hours of receipt.

Rush Service - £7.99 (Please enquire for further details, please note that this is not a next day service.)

Please note there may be additional customs charges for overseas orders. These are payable by the customer.
