Emma Robinson is a London-based artist and photographer.
In her current practice (predominantly still life photography) she reflects on the existence of things. Drawing from nature, she photographs objects and explores their potential as metaphors for themes including the transience of life, memories and loss, and the never ending cycles of birth, life and death.
Originally trained as an architect Emma's work reflects this; expressed in her interest in constructed images, using the studio as a stage.
She holds a Masters in Photographic Studies and works as a freelance photographer.
